These Bylaws (referred to as the "Bylaws") govern the affairs of ASSOCIATION OF ALLERGISTS and IMMUNOLOGISTS FROM INDIA, INC.("AAII"), a non-profit corporation (referred to as the "Corporation") organized under the Texas Non-Profit Corporation Act (referred to as the "ACT").
